The Vine Building is an upscale condominium tower with street level commercial space. The building has dramatic views of Elliott Bay , the city skyline and the Olympic Mountains .

The building provides upscale living with some special features. The streetscape, though prescribed by city code, was designed to fit in to the existing area and included special embellishment at the building’s main entrance and courtyard. The roof-top terrace provides a comfortable setting for residents to enjoy the outdoors while still in the center of the city. The commons area leads onto the terrace, creating a desirable indoor/outdoor experience. The terrace is broken up into intimate spaces with fixed planters and containers, where friends can gather and cook a meal or enjoy a drink.
