The Ellington is two mid-rise condominium towers joined with a common lobby and entrance. Retail and commercial spaces are integrated into the street level frontage.

JGM worked closely with the owner, architect and engineers on the entrance, private courtyard design and the landscape and irrigation design. JGM also worked closely with Buster Simpson , local artist, in creating public art using stormwater as a design theme. JGM designed an open water channel and introduced wetland plants into the entry plaza landscape, tying into the building’s artistic theme.
